This series will guide you through each of the seven chakras with tailored yoga poses and meditative practices to balance your energy centers. 🧘🏻♀️Each class will begin with a brief lesson on the crystals that resonate with the chakra of the class. Participants will receive a set of free crystals chosen specifically to correspond with that chakra! ✨
