9:45am - Opening Meditation

10:00am - Qigong and Tai Chi with Ray

11:00am - Fascia and Sound Alignment with Brooks

12:00pm - Catered Lunch 

Participants may float between:

• Guided Art Workshop with Rahela

• Reiki with Jill

• Crystal Light Bed Sessions

• Shopping at The Light

• Time Outdoors

2:00pm - Yoga Flow with Patsy & Yoga Nidra with Kassie

3:00pm - Closing Meditation
