Fascia and Sound Alignment Class - Align, Balance, and Connect Within.
Allow the body to release tension and energy through slow and guided movements of the fascia combined with intentional breathing. Once the body is feeling aligned, we will continue with a calming and immersive sound bowl experience allowing alignment of the body’s energy centers. Allowing the Mind, Body, and Spirit to Align, Balance, and Connect.
