About the event
Join The Light Spiritual Wellness Center and Jot Simrit, certified Kundalini Instructor, Meditation Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Healer, for an evening of relaxation.
The event will start with breathwork, meditation and organized movement before we begin with the healing powers of the Gongs.
Seating is limited and tickets must be purchased in advance. Please bring a yoga mat, meditation pillow, or whatever you will need to have a comfortable experience!
