Join us in sipping Tea and spreading Love! Jia will share handmade loose leave tea as well as her Tea Healing knowledge!
Jia will share the handmade loose leave tea, which is a rare ancient loose leave Puerh tea from Yunnan, China and will talk about Puerh Tea's health benefits based on science. "Tea is an elixir of the orient." Jai will also do a guided mindfulness meditation to encourage self-reflection, develop mindfulness-based stress management strategies, and promote engaging in self-care.
The tickets are $35 online and $40 at the door. Ticket includes 4-5 kinds of tea tasting.
