Sound Bowl classes provide a calming and immersive experience allowing alignment of the

body’s energy centers. The vibrations invite presence and peace. Allowing the body to align,

balance, and connect within.

Please bring your own yoga mats, blankets or cushions for the most relaxing and comfortable experience.
